Thinking about hooking up my garage Has anyone installed race deck flooring?
If so tell me what you think. And if you have any good ideas im all ears. lol

I've had it in my garage for almost two years now. It still looks new. I use a ShopVac and a damp mop for maintenance. I got the flow through type since I live in a sandy area. It keeps the dirt below the grid so I'm not kicking it up when detailing. I'm not a mechanic so I'm not jacking up the car or dropping heavy tools on it. It's quiet to walk on which some who buy the solid tiles sometimes complain about. It gives my garage a nice finished look. I chose it over epoxy because the installation is easy and I had my garage back in use in less than a day.

Thanks guys for ur feed back i thought i was never going to get any lol

I was going to buy the TuffShield but ultimately decided on the Ribtrax by Swisstraks. Amazing and so practical - floor stays clean and dry because of the design. Call them and get a couple of samples, you won't be sorry.

Go to the garagejournal bulletin for some better information. Personally I would just paint it with Griot's floor paint.

thanks for that info about that site. there is alot of info there on the fourm

Race deck is great but it's not cheap if I wanted to do my 450sq feet it would over 2k. My flooring I have now only coast me $500 and love it.

And what type/brand is that?

Here is a pic of my floor and here is the link. The floor just rolls out and I put a padded floor under it which helps a lot.
