That is called the Rook. It is a completely armored Bobcat, custom built. Some nut job recently shot three of my officers and then barricaded himself in his house. We didn't have a key to the door so we had to use the Rook as the master key. Once the Rook drove inside the house....well, problem solved.

HAHA...I saw this thing drive in the front door of a house and exit out of the back door. The new Show Car Garage floor would not stand a chance. It is pretty much flat black all around but may be a good candidate for Opti-Coat or CQuartz. Anything to minimize the washed induced marring.
