Rat or lizard took over my car!!!!

I got in my car this morning and as soon as I start my car I see the tail of some creature scurry out of sight under my dash...what can I do to find and get rid of him, or should I just let the little guy chill and get out on his own?

Im leaving a incentive for him to get out of my car..a piece of bread with the door open lol
