Rate these swirls from 1-5

The finish looks pretty typical of what the cumulative effect of neglect looks like. I do see some circular damage that might be from a rotary however are not horrific my any means...

Without splitting hairs I'd give these swirls a solid 3.....:props:
 
I didn't see anything too bad. I wouldn't go over a 3. Looks like just another day at the office.
