WOW. If you look up how much rain Northwest Washington has had this winter... WOW. You people that live in sunny places. GRRRR. Olympia is nice in the summer though; not to hot, not to cool. We have our hot days though.

I had a friend from college that lived in Olympia, she stayed down here after graduation, didn't like the "dreary" weather up there lol. Actually most of my college was out of state/out of country students, and after 4 years of living and going to school in FL, I only know one person (good friend) who wants to move back north, everyone else that moved back I still talk to hates living back north now lol. Except for that one friend, for some reason he wants to go back to Conneticut lol.

Today in Downey it was 93 at 3:30pm! The only good thing about Southern CA is the weather and opportunity....other than you have high taxes, too many people, horrible traffic, smog/pollution, and best of all the ILLEGAL INVASION! I won't live all my life here...it is turning into a toilet bowl!

Today in Downey it was 93 at 3:30pm! The only good thing about Southern CA is the weather and opportunity....other than you have high taxes, too many people, horrible traffic, smog/pollution, and best of all the ILLEGAL INVASION! I won't live all my life here...it is turning into a toilet bowl!

U.S. is gonna have to rename some states soon, were gonna have Texico and Calexico . I have fam in La Jolla, very nice area, but I wouldn't live there. Like you said I can't stand Cali traffic, god forbid you have a sports car good luck even trying to get on it for a sec save for a few highways. I'll take Hurricanes over Wild Fires and Earthquakes lol . Plus the Cali Real Estate Market oooof, Florida is already seeing a major correction and Cali is going to a much larger one possibly on the scale of when the market collapsed in the later 80's and early 90's. Too many people using neg am loans to afford housing, neg am in a decreasing market is like putting a screen door on a submarine....it'll work for a little bit till the "flooding" overpowers if you get my drift.

Blah I'm going to sleep, it's 2:30 am and my partner and I have to be at the office at 7 am to finish some stuff...need....sleep

I am not saying it doesn't have its positives but IMHO it going in the SHITTIER and has been for the last 15 years. CALI now BLOWS and WILL never get back to what it once was unless we correct the first and foremost ILLEGAL INVASION in CA and the U.S.A. BOTTOM LINE! Why do you think everyone is fleeing the state?

I used to get a lot of calls from Cali but stopped marketing there, too much fraud. Think the statistics came in at majority living over their means, overstated income etc. Eeekk not touching that with a 10ft pole . Right now Cali Real Estate companies are getting hammered for fraud, lot's of people having the 4506 pulled and now their charging anybody associated with the transaction, i.e. broker/buyer/agent etc. Kinda scary. And sad at the same time as there are a lof of people there just trying to survive with the home prices and Cali is about to see it's biggest correction in it's market of which at the rate right now is going to exceed the late 80's/early90's crash....I don't know what will happen to all those people

The Florida traffic is also getting pretty bad. The traffic on the Florida West Coast is almost as bad now as it is on the East Coast. I live on the water and really love the Florida weather but I'm not sure I will be able to stand the traffic in another 10 years. I like to drive fast and I can't stand it when it's bumper to bumper. We have another house in Georgia and my wife and I think we will probably move up there full time if the traffic gets much worst. I work out of my house so I don't have to drive the roads all the time or I would probably already consider moving. In season the traffic is so bad I hate to go anywhere at certain times of the day.

Jack pot exacly why I left south Fl I do not miss Miami Dade traffic or it's unwelcomed people. My parents will be moving hopefully by the end of this year to their home in Georgia. I do how ever miss the night life SC is waay behind as far as clubs and especially lounges. For New Years we went to whats considered one of the best bar/lounge in dowt town Charleston LMAO they were playing music from the mid 90's . Sir Mix A Lots Baby got back type music/era really sad to say the least. Don't even get me started on there Wet Willies here should name it Weak Willies
