This was the first day of the show after setting up. It was busier than I expected with mobs of people going through our booth.

Ray did you see the rims on the 1967 Camaro? That place Ultimate Auto in Orlando did a couple of my cars, they do amazing work. Did they put that at the BASF booth?
But those rims are carbon fiber.

(Day 4 UPDATE)
The day was as busy as usual with our booth full of SEMA attendees.
Busy busy!
I manned the FLEX booth for a couple hours. It's really easy talking about the benefits of a FLEX polisher when you're using one every weekend.
John Greviskis stopped by!
Around noon, Bob handed me something the size of a business card. I quickly recognized the logo
It was an invitation to the VIP Velocity TV event. I tagged along with Mike Phillips and Yancy to the event.
We had to walk through the West Coast Customs displays, which was one of my favorites.
Beautiful Aventador.
Ryan of West Coast Customs!
Every few feet at SEMA and you run into jaw dropping show cars.
We arrived at the event to find reserved seats for our party.
We would be 7 rows from some of Velocity's biggest stars.
The show started and was hosted by Chris Jacobs.
We were quickly joined by the Velocity A-Team.
Each star gave a preview to the new season of their show.

Afterwards they answered questions from the crowd. It was a great event.
Ran into Optimums booth on the way back.
I returned to our booth being as busy as usual.
When I returned, an anonymous source delivered a fresh pepperoni pizza in my name!! Im the MAN :hungry:
Dennis Gage was happy to meet and greet fans as usual.

Scion had one of my favorite booths.

On our way to dinner, we ran into KC Mathieu from Gas Monkey!
A few restaurants down and I ran into Aaron Kaufman of Gas Monkey!
After dinner, we headed to Pole Position Raceway to settle some disputes on the track. I ran into an old friend in the raceway's lobby. Sega's Ferarri F355 Driving Simulator. At the time of it's release, this simulator was well ahead of it's time. It includes a full clutch and manual gear box along with a triple display. #nostalgia

The day started with a quick cleanup from yesterdays crowd and setting the displays back up.
Is it just me, or does anyone else want one of these displays in your garage/storage/living room/bathroom?

Preparing for the masses.
Chris from Solution Finish brought a gift for the Show Car Garage.
Monster Detailing School stopped by to interview Mike Phillips.
Former Detailing Boot Camp student Pablo of Autobrillo.
Here's Nick manning the polishing station.
While walking around, vinyl wraps and graphics seem to be trending in popularity. There were plenty of cool displays, demonstrations and even competitions.
This GTR at the 3M booth changed wraps hourly.
The booth was BUSY as usual. It's really cool to hear in person when someone stops by to share how happy they are with their experiences with Autogeek. It never gets old.

Hands-on experience is the best way. We helped a few detailers this week switch from complete Rotary polisher setups, to adding a Dual Action Polisher to their tool box.
The iBook version of "The Complete Guide to a Show Car Shine" was very popular with more and more people carrying around tablets these days.
RaggTopp had a cool display demoing their products.

This was a pretty cool coincedence after she handed me her business card...
That's who bought my domain name!
I manned the Grit Guard booth for an hour to demo the Grit Guard Pad Washer.
A neighboring vendor brought over one of her accessories to see if we had anything to "brighten them up" after collecting dust overnight.
I handed her a bottle of Pinnacle Crystal Mist Carnauba Detail Spray to sample.
It was pretty cool when she came back to our booth to have me come back to check out the results. She was thrilled with how the detail spray worked.
