Really nervous but trying to relax

Sorry to hear about the outcome Paul - at least you fixed the issue and was able to have a positive conversation with the manager...

I couldn't bare to see it that way, besides I learned a lot! I learned that 1.) I'm better than these hacks, and 2.) never let someone else detail your car. 3.) Pinnacle ROCKS! I was let down by Menzerna, so my decision to have pinnacle as my "official" product was validated.

No my car does have to go back in 4 weeks to have the clear bra re-applied. I may see if I can have it done at my garage instead.

Yeah I hear you.

When we took her new Sonata for an oil change last month when we were leaving the service coordinator mentioned if we had left it for another hour we could have taken advantage of their free car wash. I just cringed, hers is white but it has been fully polished by me. I'll definitely have do not wash signs all over it next time we go there.
 
Good job on removing the damage it came out good just sucks you had to work on it for 8 hours but in a crazy way you kind of enjoyed it lol
 
You should send an invoice along with the pictures before and after the correction from your business.
