Is this legit I think not but could be wrong. Seems like this year everyone is into detailing and these companies are all getting creative

I got some free in an Advance Auto Parts promotion. It was worth exactly what I paid for it. Save your money...or spend it on more WW towels instead.
Blue Coral used to have a similar product in the 90's that worked pretty well, but I haven't seen it in a long time.

I am going to have to agree with BillyJack, I don't think my store carries this wash anymore to be honest (i work at advance) and even then i would still want to dry my vehicle because the dust around this part of Illinois is enough to cling to the water that allegedly rolls off the car and when i go to quick detail i almost have to rinse the panel down again from the dust. just a little input from a person that almost never recommended that wash to customers. I point to gold class every time.
