I have a 2010 Traverse I just bought. Thanks to the tough used car market right now I had to take a vehicle that has some issues.
I took it to a local detailer to see what he could do with the grubby interior. They cleaned out the seat tracks but it still takes a lot of effort to move the seats forward in order to access the 3rd row seat.

Is there something specific I need to lubricate in the tracks or under the seats? I'm not sure if these just slide or of there's rollers or the like.

I'm on that forum. Not a word about lube or maintenance. It's why I'm here with you pros.

Seat rails have a thin grease applied from factory brand new,
But since yours is 12 year's old i would clean and check for debris then spray a silicon spray. WD40 and the like will not dry out and will attract dust lint air born fibers.
