So im pretty new to the detailing world and i started using chemical guys products because they are near by and i can stop by their shop and buy supplies .
Heres the situation i came across , i used jetseal on my moms 2012 kia optima (white) early september and i washed it today and i have noticed it dosent bead good at all anymore and shine has gone way down as well. She dosent drive it alot its mostly parked in the driveway. I want to try something new and something with more durability but something thats similar to apply . thanks im open to suggestions on sealant and other things i am sure their are products that are much better than chemical guys . Thanks guys my ears are open

You would probably benefit from a wowa (wipe on walk away) sealant like optimum optiseal. The incoming suggestions will be based on people's account of cost, looks, ease of use, durability, slickness, etc.

Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant 3.0

i took the cg detailing class and it was a horrible , everything we did was incomplete and half assed. complete joke

Stuff I have experience with in order of ease of use to longest durability:

Meguiar's NXT Tech Wax, DP PoliCoat, Collinite 845

But with how long you spend applying each of these why not just coat it with one of the many ceramic treatments available?

i have been looking into the ceramic pro 9h but it looks a little difficult to apply , im used to the traditional wax like applications

IMO any of these 3 should give you a decent amount of protection at a good price point, with ease of application/removal.

Menzerna Powerlock
Collinite 845
Optimum Opitseal

Meguiar's M21 2.0 Synthetic Sealant may just be
the dog's bollocks for your situation. :xyxthumbs:

also heard good thing about collinite , my trucks white if it makes a diffrence!

Sonax PNS not the easiest to apply not really hard either. But offers good durability for a sealant, great hydrophobicity, and great self cleaning.

+1

even sonax brilliant shine detailer is good as standalone :xyxthumbs:

I love WDGPS 3.0. I did my wife's car about 6 months ago and it still beads good, not bad for sitting outside 24/7 and washed about every 1 1/2 weeks. It still feels very slick and looks good on silver.

Wolfgang Paint Sealant 3.0 is very good. I have seen the conclusion of a great test between 40-50 sealants in England and it was among the 5 that lasted 4 months in the harsh English winter. However Jet Seal and M-seal by CG were in the last 5 too.

Good stuff. You can even pick up ultimate wax locally as it is Meguiar's longest lasting wax. It is a sealant. You can't go wrong with M21 or ultimate wax.

Menz Power Lock
Collinite 845 Insulator Wax
Meguiars Ultimate Liquid wax

The above are the easiest I have used to apply and remove with the edge going to Power Lock for looks and durability.

The most indestructible top coat product I have ever used is collinite 845. Only a coating will beat it....

I love BlackFire All Finish Paint Protection it's crazy easy , and lasts . Then BF Crystal Seal after washes is nice too.

Ultima Paint Guard Plus. Wipe on walk away. I put two coats on my mother's car 18 months ago. Just now starting to need to be done again.
