Recommendation: BEAUTY Wax?

For a beauty wax on a black car, I'd have to stick with Souveran. It gives a warmth that I haven't been able to find with other waxes (excepting Zymol Vintage). Fuzion looks great on my black S2K but so do a host of other waxes I have tried, most of which cost a lot less than Fuzion. I'm not knocking Fuzion--quite the contrary, I like it a lot--but I honestly cannot say that it's superior to, say, P21S 100%, Wet Diamond, or Harly Wax. But of course, there's only one way to find out!

I am right on with you. I feel the same way about Souveran. It's been my go to LSP for 3 or so years, when I feel that I don't need durability... just beauty ;) So it mainly goes on my garage queen. I haven't found anything *yet* that can beat it for warmth and wetness.

So you think Fuzion is inferior to Souveran in that category??? Can anyone else chime in and explain why they think Fuzion is inferior to Souveran? Yes, onlyone way to find out.... I have it coming next week! 100 bucks off, can't beat that... I had to jump on it.

i washed my truck this morniong and im actually thinking of tossing on a coat of souveran today..hmmm

You are correct. Polish the paint to perfection and you are not going to be able to add any more clarity by adding any wax or sealant. However waxes and sealants do effect the look for better or worse by the way that you perceive the light passing through them and the effect they have on it reflecting back to your eyes.

:iagree::dblthumb2: Great explanation!

Fuzion is superior IMO... Souveran may have a beautiful warm glow, but Fuzion is just magical. You just found your new go-to LSP, I dare you to prove me wrong. :D

Too bad that you only have a $100 to spend for about $1,400 more you could buy Zymol and get free life time refills.

would that be the $50,000 lexan encased zymol? almost bought a couple of them on bogo last week.

i did a quick test on fuzion on my hood and it seems souveran darkens the paint more and gives that warm dark glossy look. to the paint. i prefer this.. signature series 2 is very nice too give a nice glossy look but not as dark..and deep
