Have to agree with GreatAv on that. From the looks of the scarring, touch will never look as good as pulling it, prepping it and a respray.

Stop backing into other peoples cars!! And other inanimate objects! But yes that's pretty hacked nothing short of a respray will save that.

Lmao, thanks guys that what thought... I'm actually getting rid of the car... I'm using it as my practice car and I'm experimenting everything on it before I get my new SUV...

Looks mostly like scuff marks/paint transfer?

If so some smaller/lighter might be removed and others improved upon to be not as noticable.

What machine do you have and what method have you tried yet?

Haven't tried anything... I have griot 6 in... Some are pretty deep. Where I can see the plastic

nothing short of a respray is going to fix those marks, they are down to the plastic.

OK sorry only a couple looks deep from what I'm seeing. I would still try to polish out what could be and apply some painters tape over the deep ones so as to not catch and maybe rip your pad. Since you stated your getting another vehicle anyway,I would have some practice to learn a little more, but start with the least aggressive products and technique and just improve to where it starts looking better to you. Remember though that your paint is even alot thinner at the edges now so go easy on speed and pressure.

I had one similar scratch way down on a lower body panel.

It turned out OK, but if it was in any other location on the vehicle...it would have required paint.

-Wet sanded

-Filled with OEM touch-up paint

-Re-sanded

-Compounded

-Polished
