Can someone point me in a direction of a quality AIO that Has a decent amount of cut and protection ?

I like using Poorboys Polish with Sealant. A very easy product to use.

Duragloss 501, if you want the longevity of a sealant with strong cleaners and nano-abrasives.

BLACKFIRE Total Polish & Seal is great. It's easy to take off and leaves good protection.

I have to agree with the Poorboys Polish with Sealant and the DG 501. I have recently been using the Griots one step sealant lately as well. It is important to pair these products with the right machine and pad to get the best results.

:iagree:

Blackfire is great indeed. I might fall back on Optimums Poli-seal also.

xmt360 works pretty darn well, was surprised at the defects it could remove with a white LC pad i really was, i would prefer it to have more cut but there will be times when i will need something with less. here is a picture after using the xmt360 on the right side, mind you this is not a top notch condition car it has a bunch of deep scratches and other stuff too deep to remove by polishing. the paint was of medium hardness

i have not used the D151 but i have 16oz i will give a try sooner or later was wanting a SMAT AIO with more cut then m205(my goto 1 step polish as i always apply a wax/sealant after even an aio if its not a dirt cheap job.

I jst did a quicky comparison on my jeep between pws and dg 501 on a da with a white pad and I liked 501 better. Jeep is single stage black and it looked deeper and wetter than pws. Pws is slicker tho and looked like it might have done slightly more correcting, but the 501 still looked better...pws def smells better :) d151 has way more cut than either of those those....or xmt for that matter. I jst used it on a bank repo to try it out and def brightened up the paint and did some minor correcting, but doesnt have the cut of d151. I think d151 is accepted as the highest cut aio available.

Just to comment... normally, single stage black paints will tend to be the softest paints you'll ever work on and they are best at showing any dulling or darkening effect by the solvents, abrasives, cleaning agents and oils in any products used on them.

If I want to test for a dulling effect I would use a single stage black paint. Point being if a product dulls single stage black paint the potential exists for it to dull any paint but it's possible you're eyes can't see the dulling effect due to the color.

Not that dulling is always a bad thing as sometimes it's just part of a process, for example sanding dulls paint down but after the entire process the paint will be clear and glossy again.

Look what line it's in... the "Professional Detailer Line" It's targeted at production detailing where they need a product that can be used on ANY car in any condition of paint, good or bad and get great results in one-step. A detailer can always modify the pad, the pressure, the tool the time spent, all kinds of factors to adjust the cut but the built-in ability for cut is there...

:)

Thanks for all the input. I went ahead and ordered D151. From what I understand there's no real recommended pad with use of this product. It varies with the amount of cut I'm looking to achieve? Am I interpreting this right ?

The pad can change the cut of the product. I wouldn't go beyond a white pad if it's just your AIO. BTW, I have never used the Meg wax but am assuming its longevity, like mostView attachment 11534 waxes, is nothing to boast about. Here's a pic of my van. All I did was use Duragloss 501. I hadn't applied the wax yet and I didn't compound or use a polish prior to the DG501:

I forgot to add that DG501 topped with Collinite 845 lasts me 6 months easily. That same van, 6 months previously, also wasn't compounded nor polished but all I used was DG501/845. It had been a year since I had used Meg UC with an orange flat pad.
