Regret buying an item here with Price Match :/

Instead of getting a DA from another website i ordered here even though it would take longer but i would support AG. If i got my order early it would ship today and get here on next friday to play with it on the weekend. Now, i ordered around 5 am and it's almost 9am and ordered hasn't gone through :(.

Anyone know if it always takes the long to get price match orders to go through? I barely got an email saying that the match is good and if i want the order to go through. But still hasn't gone through.

If your concerned give them a call. It's much faster and you will get quicker response.
 
I would my phone it's acting weird. I just got the confirmation. Glad to give my money to AG instead of another site!
 
Whoa there.... you ordered at 5:00am and thought it'd be processed by 9:00? The guys at AG are good, but they are NOT THAT GOOD! They, like the rest of us, are still in bed at 5:00am.

The other side of that is I bet you get it LONG before next Friday. (Then again.... I'm only in GA so stuff I order today I get Tuesday.) :)

We know you're anxious to get your order processed and shipped but our office opens at 9 am. All price match requests are processed in the order that they're received.

Fear not, we'll get it shipped out today for you. :dblthumb2:

First, from what I have learned anytime you add a comment to the order, the "automated" workflow from "order request" to "order fulfillment" is suspended until the order is reviewed by a human. In this case, it was your REQUEST for a price match.

Secondly, what ever gave you the impression that at 7am EDT (5am your time) someone at AutoGeek was around to process your order and price-match request to begin with?

With all due respect to you, while you are entitled to your opinion ... to regret anything within a 4-hour time span seems a bit over-the-top. Man, when I play an order with Amazon I sometimes don't get an order confirmation within 4 hours. I can go one but to keep this short, in my opinion you are just not displaying enough patience this time around.
 
Seriously? You placed an order at 5 am and by 9 am you ran out of all your patience and decided the best approach was a forum thread starting "regret ordering"...? Just chill - you'll get it by Friday.
