Just to double check because there's sometimes some confusion over wipe-off and dry time...
You've applied the product and then according to the directions, let it dry to a haze, (about 10-15 minutes), and then wiped off the excess residue.
Now you're leaving the protection ingredients that stayed behind on the car alone for 12 hours... correct?
Or...
You applied the product and have not wiped it off as you're letting the coating dwell for 12 hours?

remove it once it hazes. do not let it sit 12 hours. i let it sit a few hours the other night because something came up and it was a bear to get off. plus if your not in a garage or enclosed area you will most certainly have some sort of contaminants which you dont wanna rub in your paint.

Definitely do not leave Rejex on more than you have to. I use it on my airplane once a year and left it on for several hours once. It was as hard as concrete to remove. It's good stuff but has it's issues. 15 to 20 minutes max and get it off the paint.

should be fine. i live in a dusty environment and mine has seemed to cure just fine. applied a coat sunday, washed on monday and applied second coat and so far so good. not as slick as i thought it would be but very good.
