Should reload be diluted before use? If yes what's the ratio? Thanks

You can use Reload straight (which is what I prefer) or can be diluted up to 2:1 with distilled water or deionized water.

The older version was harder to use for some, but the newer version is easier to apply imo.

I apply with one towel and buff off with separate. A little goes a long way as well.
