Remove the fog light grills on a 99 Subaru Outback Legacy?

I was headlight/foglight/taillight restoration on a 99 Subaru Outback Legacy.
I have been trying to find information on how to remove the fog light grills but have been unsuccessful in my quest.
Does anyone know how to remove the grills from the foglights?

Should be about an 1/8 - 1/4 of a turn CCW.
