Removing Light Scratches from Chrome Rims?

Does anyone have a product recommendation for a polish that can remove light scratches from chrome wheels?

I have Optimium's Metal Polish and also Mothers Chrome Polish, but neither seems to do the job (they are nonabrasive so that is probably why).

Would a finishing polish like Menzerna 85RD work...or would it just add light scratches?

Light/fine scratches = those that cannot be felt and only visible under some lighting angles.
