Removing sap from CQ

Just curious how others are safetly but effectively removing tree sap from CQuartz coatings.

A quick detailer followed by a wash.

Tar-X or eucalyptus oil followed by IPA to clean up any traces. If it's thick and stubborn then perhaps a plastic razor blade is your only bet.
