removing splatter from paint

Had some splatter from my polishing get on a lot of paint yesterday. I didnt think much of it then, but not its super tough to get off. Im using a QD, after a presoak and rinse to try and loosen it up. Would APC 4-1 be too strong for paint?

and next time don't use so much product and keep your pad on the paint
