Hey guys

I just removed the subaru badge on my car and still have lots of tape left on the trunk.
Whats the fastest way of removing the tape ?

thanks

3M remover, Goo Gone (didn't work too well for me) Alcohol.

I have heard good things about Prep Sol, Where do you get some? Isnt it a pro painting product?
3M adhesive Remover is good but I second the elbow grease!

Yes it is a pro product but i'm sure you can get it at any auto body supply store.I just tell my parts guy to get me some and the next day it's there.

You can find Prep Sol at Walmart

The Walmart Stuff is called Prepall its in the auto body repair isle
. Works like a charm just soak a rag and let it sit for a bit as to lossen the glue. Then wipe off. You may need to do it a couple of times to remove it all.

Maybe they changed or different store, but I have bought Prep Sol at Walmart about a year ago.

I bought Prep-All made by Kleen-Strip at WalMart about 2 years ago but just noticed the other day that they have something in a plastic bottle now but I didn't catch the name of it. The Prep-All has many uses from removing adhesive to prepping for paint, removes tree sap quickly and overspray removal is another use. I just hope the new stuff is as good.

I can buy DuPont Prep-Sol at the local body shop supply store but I think they only have gallons.

WD-40 also works of the others are not available... same method (wet rag/sit/wipe off

Wipe gently.
