Restoring clear plastic windows on front mask/bra?

I have a front mask/bra that has windows for the license plate and headlights that have a clear plastic made into the mask/bra that cover/protect the headlights/license plate. The plastic has yellowed/cloudy. I do not know what type of plastic this is.


Is there a product that would restore the clarity back and safe to use on a unknown type of plastic?
 
Hard to say without pics what might be going on...

Usually your best bet for clear film that has yellowed is to remove it and replace it with new ppf.
