I could not wait till the weekend to bust out my new toys so i took them to work. I had a 2012 black Audi A6 waiting for that had to been washed with rocks. I only did the hood due to the dealership always rushing . But heck i got to play a little. Only a few pictures but enough to see what this system can do.
Fast Correction MF pad: this pad is soft to the touch. Longer nap than the Megs MF pad finished better.
White Foam Correction pad: VERY stiff. Stiffest pad i have felt.
Black Foam Finishing pad: soft and spongy.
All pads felt very nicely put together
Fast Correction Cream: it cuts and finishes very nice. Good work time. Best finishing compound i have used. And i have used HD Cut and Optimum Hyper Compound
Finishing Sealant: smooth, easy wipe off, nice finish
Both creams were easy wipe offf and had a nice smell.
Priming the pad. Well normally after covering face of pad usually gotta add 3 drop of working product. Not with this. Cover the face of the pad and go to work.
My first attempt was with the Fast Correction MF pad and Fast Correction Cream. That really knoccked out the swirls and scratches. Primed the pad and went to work. Spread the product on speed 3 then stepped it up to speed 5 for 4 passes. It finished nice a little haze but nothing major. Well cause of the little haze i decided to use the White Correction Foam Pad. No haze so i finished off hood with that. Followed with Black Foam Finishing Pad. Spread at speed 3 and stayed there for 3 passes.
Impressed with the results. Cause of being at work was rushed so i know i can and will better ressults but i just had to play. When i usually start thinking about going out on my own i always end up with a list mixed with HD and Optimum products. Well this system just threw itself in that mix and possible my goto products. I would highly recommend this system to everybody.
Trying to set up a car for this weekend so another post with more pictures will be cominng. And just to let you know i did not use a long throw or forced rotation machine. I was using my GG6. Now here are the pictures
