Review: Blackfire Total Eclipse Tire Gel

When I use any tire gel I like to get a good base down, 2-3 good coats. I use rinseless wash on the tires and wheels when done with the car and go right over the tires with my pair of MF gloves to clean off the top layer and even doing this leaves the tires matte black when a good base of BF total ecslipse is layed down, its good stuff, used all during last year and was happy with the results, just get a good base down and you'll be all set.

This product is supposed to be dry to the touch; does it really feel that way? If you rub your finger on the tire after the product has dried, do you wind up with a greasy or dirty finger? What happens when you clean the tire with a tire cleaner or APC, do you still get brown suds?

In a way yes. The only time I really touched the tires with this product was 20 minutes after applying it. It was almost dry, although I put 2 coats on. I will report to Thursday when I apply it again and wait couple of hours to see if its dry. The dust attraction is very little compared to Meg's Endurance which is the only other gel I have used which left a dirty, greasy film. I use Meg's APC+ so I don't see any suds or foam so I couldn't really tell you.

i get brown junk with everything personally, just the severity varies

Update:
I think 3 coats was a little too much. I probably should have wiped the tires down before driving because I did get some sling unless it was from driving on wet roads and it was dirt. It was hard to get off the paint with the wash mitt.
After 3 coats, 0 miles:

800 miles and a 1 week+3 days later. Was driven on wet roads for 1 day:
