Review: Chemical Guy's Speed Wipe

If...
To paraphrase "The OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (HCS)"

...household consumer products...where the duration and frequency of use
(and therefore exposure) is greater than what
the typical consumer would experience.

...I would say Yes.

Disclaimers:
1.) I'm not an Attorney...
(Although I do play one on TV; and, I have spent a night at an Holiday Inn Express)

2.) As to: have the law on their side...
Oftentimes it's just a matter of:

That's what I was thinking, thanks Bob.

Oddly enough, a lot of manufacturers of European products seem to have their MSDS readily available (Scholls, Sonax, etc...)

I'm going to be reviewing som of Gary Dean's Juice. I'm wondering if that MSDS will be available ??!

It probably has a lot to do with this:
The OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (HCS): 29 CFR 1910.1200.

"When chemicals are imported into the United States, the person (meaning one or more individuals, partnerships, associations, corporations, business trusts, legal representatives, or any organized group of persons) who imported the product automatically becomes the responsible party. OSHA only has jurisdiction over transactions which affect commerce within the United States. As the importer is the first point of contact within this country, the importer is therefore responsible for complying with the HCS; the HCS requires that the importer include their name on the MSDS and label".

And: Some of the below listed regulations they must comply with in the EU.

I'm going to be reviewing som of Gary Dean's Juice.

Since Mr. Dean has this contact phone number on his web-site:
International: 813-264-7200...
There just may actually be an available "MSDS" for his Juice in order to comply with, among others, the following:

-Canada's WHMIS regulations
-The EU's REACH regulations
-The COSHH regulations
-CHIP (Chemicals Hazard and Information and Packaging for Supply Regulations)
-Official Mexican Standard NOM-018-STPS-2000
-The Australian Safety and Compensation Council's: National Code of Practice for the Preparation of Material Safety Data Sheets [NOHSC:2011(1994) and NOHSC:2011(2003)]
-The Norwegian Pollution Control Authority

Along with:
-The new EU regulations to comply with the Globally Harmonized System (GHS).
Including the CLP (Classification, Labeling, and Packaging of substances and mixtures).

Once the completion of the above GHS has occurred:
They should be available for the folks in the USA that request them.

We'll see if that will ever come to fruition.
I'm not going to hold my breathe though.

Companies are hesitant to release them because there are so many amateur chemists that will try to over analyze the msds sheet for no real purpose.

On the converse, maybe I'll give myself a 1 gallon Speed Wipe retention enema. Then I'll hire a lawyer when I get sick. I'll sue for pain and suffering. I'll claim I'm too stupid to know better, but I asked for the safety info and they refused to give to me.

I'll tell them I was regressed under hypnotism and found out I was abused in a past life. I'll tell them kids called me names when I was little and once I was deprived of my state guaranteed school breakfast.

The court will likely take pity on me an award me a huge multi million dollar settlement. Then I'll buy a $10k wax made out of gold.

...Thanks for the chuckle!

The lawyers really win.

I do believe companies should provide MSDS but I know why they resist.
