I thought the ceramic coatings are super super glossy. So, if that's The case, why need to polish on a regular basis if the ceramic coating locks in the shine.

I've noticed if you get to it early a lot of bugs just hose off. And if they dry on a little I don't need much more than a light wash with my wash mitt.
