I finally got the time over the weekend to try out Mckees 37 new plastic trim restorer. According to the description it will not streak and is long lasting while giving a natural look.

For this test I tried it on my Chevy Silverado that sits outside. The trim wasn't too bad, or so I thought lol.

For prepping I had just washed and dried the vehicle. Then used Mckees 37 wax remover for plastic to help aid in making sure the surface was clean with nothing left behind.

After prepping I was ready to apply the product. I did so using a microfiber applicator pad. A little goes a long way as this product is very liquidity.

This product went on easily and dried to the touch. So the next day it happen to rain and I wanted to check for streaking issues or anything else that may be odd.

Nothing! No streaking on the paint and the trim restorer was doing its job.

Thanks for the review Justin!

Mine just came in Saturday and got to apply it to a couple of pieces.

I really like the sheen it leaves and is very easy to use.

Looks very good Justin. Nice to see it didn't run or streak from the rain.

Great review Justin!! This product looks very good and seems to restore the plastic very well. Curious how long it lasts and if it washes off from soap or multiple days of rain.

Looks great Justin. I use a number of McKees products and like them a lot. I do not own this particular product, but I plan to put it on my list as a potential replacement for WETS. From your photos, it looks like the McKees might have a tiny bit more sheen, but still very natural looking. And if it has the same or better durability as WETS, at half the price it is a no-brainer.

Have you used WETS? Any thoughts on comparison?

Looks great Justin. Some of the trim and plastic on my Dodge Ram needs a cleanup. Mckees37 Trim Restorer seems like the perfect product to try.

Glad to hear you like it also!

Not having streaks down the paint is one of the best things about this product.

Thanks! I will take another look at it later on today since it's been raining here the last couple days.

I honestly have not use wets. I have used ultima trim guard and Blackfire trim sealant and don't like either of them.
