Review: Wolfgang Fuzion Spray Wax

Awesome review and great pictures :) Keep up the great work!

Another incredible and well documented review Marc! The BMW is looking fantastic. It's cool how it leaves behind a haze like a paste wax. Fuzion is awesome in paste form, but this looks like a great alternative to those who don't want to pay the hefty price tag for the tub. Also looks like a great way to revamp any existing protection of Fuzion. I will say that the paste form is probably my favorite smelling detailing product. I'm sure this one is still very pleasant :) Well done buddy.

Awesome review! I have my shipment arriving Friday, I can't wait to test it out.

Let me say something first....

I love Fuzion. It's such a nice wax. It really stands out with looks and ease of use IMHO. It costs "a lot"... But, it goes on sale a lot and they give you a refill.

$40 for 16oz of spray wax? No way. I'm just not doing it.

There are a lot of great spray waxes on the market for a LOT less. Wolfgang Spritz Sealant is one of them. Or, you can get Aquawax for like $7 - and it's awesome.

Dunno. I have about 25 spray waxes - none were more than $20. Some are great - some just good. Price of this stuff is crazy. Just buy a small Fuzion for $60.

When the description says its so special that it can only come from Germany...that's marketing speak for $$$$. I love fuzion the conventional wax but I agree this is a no go for me unless it's on bogo.

Agree with all this. For spray waxes, there are too many good WOWA products out there with great longevity for me to justify something more expensive with an additional step.

Very cool Marc. You got the gunmetal VMR710's on the Alpine White 1er. Very nice review

Hey Marc, get a job!!! How can you make time for such GREAT reviews?!?

Lmao.

Super work, as always brother. Outstanding.

Looks great! Now I hope they come out with a liquid version of Fuzion that I can use with the buffer!

It looks about the same consistency of polish Angel Viking spray.

This looks impressive

I'll be trying some when I receive my autopia order/bag

Shine wise..every other detailer/ spray wax/sealant/coating I've used ive been so unimpressed I just switched to waterless washes

This may be the one

AWESOME review!! Thanks for sharing your thoughts/experience!

Thanks a lot ViperGuy21! Hope you enjoyed it.

WOW!!! Now that is a impressive product!

It's indeed an awesome product. :xyxthumbs:

Thanks for the nice review of this exciting new product.

How did the buff off go?

Is it very similar to buffing off a nice wax?

Is it basically dry at this point like a paste wax, or is there still some product flashing?

It's my pleasure - hope you liked it.

I was able to add the answer to your question in my thoughts and observation section. Buffing off the residue is easy since it's a very thin wax and the residue left isn't as thick as your normal LSP. I wait for the product to dry before removing. But that happens so fast because again, the wax residue left is so thin.

Very nice review. Maybe try it on the Smart so we can see how it looks on a red car.

Thanks a lot Don!!!

Great review! Think it might be too thick and too expensive to use as a drying aid? It's technically a sealant?

Thank you so much CanyonCarver!

I've never used my spray LSPs as drying aids. I like to dry off the car and apply it afterwards. But I don't think you'll use more of the product as a drying aid.

Great review and thank you for sharing your tips and technique. Can't wait to receive my bottle on Thursday!

Thanks a lot BadgerRivFan! I appreciate it. Please let us know how you like the product.

If you weren't sold on it before those pictures should do the trick! I have a bottle coming later this week and I'm looking forward to trying it out, especially after this great review.

Such a shame it doesn't have the same smell of Fuzion. That is hands down the best smelling product I've ever used.

Thank you so much Heisenberg! Yeah I wish this had the same smell as the Fuzion paste wax.

Was it "dry" feeling or greasy when it hazed?

Does it say how long it lasts? Is it more of a weekly application?

Thanks for the great write-up! I love Wolfgang products :xyxthumbs:

Thanks a lot Monica - I appreciate it. Wolfgang products are indeed great products!

Are you talking about whether or not the product was dry upon removal? It felt dry to me when removing.

Maybe we can wait for Nick to chime in regarding its durability.

Very Nice review. I can totally relate how hard it is to get good pictures of a white car. I cant wait to try this!

Thanks a lot Jaret! Please let us know how you like it!

Awesome, thanks for the review.
I will have a bottle waiting for me upon my return home!

My pleasure - I'd love to hear your thoughts on the product as well.

I'm sold wow that was a nice review, well I'm ordering some.

Thank you kadii98!!

Fantastic review. Looks like another winning product from Wolfgang.

Thanks a lot Pat! It's a great product IMO.

That looks pretty good from the pics. How long does it last? Does it last long like OCW or is it like regular spray waxes like UQW which you need to use every few weeks? I was contemplating getting Rapidwaxx but if this is a worthy contender, I might give this a shot.
The gallon size looks like a deal at $120 vs $35 for 1/8th of it. I wonder what the shelf life of this wax is before I buy a gallon.

We can wait for Nick to chime in regarding its durability...

Nice review Marc and I agree with all of your observations.

Our method of application is a tick different but the results are the same and that's what really matters.

:dblthumb2:

Thank you so much Mike! I really appreciate you taking time to comment.

Marc - great review. I definitely will be ordering a bottle. I too am a spray wax junkie.

Thanks a lot Frank70! You'll love this product! I'm glad I'm not the only spray LSP junkie :)

Awesome review!

Thank you 01GregStangGT! I appreciate it.

How much did you use in your application? (I guess the actual question is how many cars do you think you could wax with 1 bottle?)

Did you get any overspray on the rubber/plastic trim? Any difficulty removing?

(and thanks for taking the time to review with pictures!)

It was my pleasure BM1024. I would say I used about 5-8% but I'm not exactly sure. I would say 10-15 (probably more) cars per 16oz bottle.

I don't think I had overspray. I was only spraying 3-4 times per panel and I was aiming the center of each panel and it's pretty far from the rubber/plastic trims. I can try and let you know.

Awesome review and great pictures :) Keep up the great work!

Thank you so much Bobby! I appreciate the compliment and comment. :)

Thanks a lot Haris! I appreciate it!!!

I think the wax residue being left behind is what makes the paint pop more.

Great review, thanks for posting.

Thank you custmsprty!

I understand where you guys are coming from. But why are you guys OK with Fuzion paste being priced at $195? I understand you can get that on sale and I'm sure this Fuzion spray wax will go on sale down the road too. It was just released so it might not happen any time soon.

I'm sure it will go on BOGO one day.

Thanks a lot Paul! I sincerely appreciate it.

I just plan ahead. Writing these reviews does take time.. From the prep, taking pictures/videos, organizing them, uploading the pics and writing the actual review.. I'm glad to hear you appreciate the effort. I'm ecstatic to hear that.

Oh come on, man!

I have too many LSP now!

Adding one more won't hurt Kevin! :)

It looks about the same consistency of polish Angel Viking spray.
