Reviewed: Wolfgang Polishing Pad Rejuvenator

I finally got around to using some of this stuff on my pads and I was very impressed! After having detailing about 4 cars with my orange, white and gray pads, it was time to wash them.

I dropped an entire scoop of the Wolfgang Polishing Pad Rejuvenator in a bucket and filled it about halfway with luke-warm water. It looks like lemonade and it smelled good enough to drink!

I let all three pads soak up the liquid and let them stand overnight. I checked on them this morning and WOW they came out looking PRETTY nice!

Especially my orange pad. The core of the pad looked like it was melted with SSR2.5 and I for sure thought it was done for. But the Wolfgang took care of it.

Very pleased with the product, and apparantly you can use it as well for cleaning your microfibers!

Sounds to be a nice product. :applause: I never tried it, I use DP.

Both the DP version and the Wolfgang version work well. I find it a little better than the Snappy version. It appears to use a citrus cleaner to quickly revamp the pads. I gotta admit though ... since the XMT pad cleaner came out I am using the soak alot less.

Great review! I haven't tried it yet either. I have the XMT pad cleaner and love it. I'll have to get some of the WG though at some point just to try it.

I have both the DP Pad Cleaner and the XMT pad cleaner. They both work well. However, I personally prefer the XMT pad cleaner because it's a spray. When I'm done with a pad I give it a few sprays of cleaner which seems to prevent the polish/wax/sealant from staining the pad. Then when I'm done for the day I just use some water and my hands to finish cleaning the pads.
