The Meguiars Ultimate is decent OTC but I have used a lot better.

Ok now you’ve triggered me… I demand to know what the current best of the best iron remover is, because I want to get my hands on it and put it up to a side by side challenge because I’d like to see for myself. So what’s the best of the best? [please don’t include overseas product]

l’m pretty sure you know there is no best… it’s best for individual in individuals environment.

Iron X is great but for me it’s BlackFire Iron remover. Only one I’ve read that instructs to use on dirty car… saves a step. It’s gel consistency is actually gel like.

Got more and a darker shade of purple. The darker shade just may be different chemical and the more may just be more iron deposits where i tested both.

Still liked it better due do what was mentioned second paragraph.

The Ultimate was my go to for a long time and still use it on wheels.

For what it’s worth, the Meguiars Ultimate is a sort of gel form itself. I actually prefer the more liquid consistency that we used to get from the DUB Wheel Cleaner over the Ultimate, but the DUB is no longer available.

I liked the color of Dub. It was visually appealing which I like. Only ever got 1 bottle before it got disco’s
