Name the time. I'll have beer and a cigar or two waiting for you....I still want to drive up and see it in person.![]()
I couldn't have done it on my own as it needed a diamond grinder to remove all the old paint. It took the professionals 3 hours longer than what he anticipated. Better him than me! As far as the plastic tiles go, I ruled them out due to washing inside the garage in the winter. Besides the water mixed with salt and other crap from the road, I didn't think they would drain as well as I needed. I'm very happy I went with this and have no regrets. I can see why Corey did it living in Florida. Had I lived somewhere that I did not need to deal with winter than I might have chosen differently.Nice job man. Looks awesome.
I did the same thing with my garage myself. Stripped the old paint and painted the new stuff on and it looked amazing. But I got tired of the look and put some nice plastic tiles down and love it now.
Thank you. My goal is keeping it looking this way. Check out my UPDATE thread and you'll see one measure I did to keep the wall from getting stained from dripping brushes...Looks much better now that you redid the floor and walls. The before pictures showed how much the garage was used and abused.
