Rich's Garage Makeover

Nice job man. Looks awesome.

I did the same thing with my garage myself. Stripped the old paint and painted the new stuff on and it looked amazing. But I got tired of the look and put some nice plastic tiles down and love it now.

I couldn't have done it on my own as it needed a diamond grinder to remove all the old paint. It took the professionals 3 hours longer than what he anticipated. Better him than me! As far as the plastic tiles go, I ruled them out due to washing inside the garage in the winter. Besides the water mixed with salt and other crap from the road, I didn't think they would drain as well as I needed. I'm very happy I went with this and have no regrets. I can see why Corey did it living in Florida. Had I lived somewhere that I did not need to deal with winter than I might have chosen differently.

Thank you. My goal is keeping it looking this way. Check out my UPDATE thread and you'll see one measure I did to keep the wall from getting stained from dripping brushes...
