Rinse-less Wash that doesn't smell like Jolly Ranchers!

D114 is the least "offensive" of the Rinseless washes that I've tried. Not much of a smell to it that I can recall. It cleans the best IMHO too!

The smell of D115 is way to overpowering for me. If you're sensitive to scents, I'd steer clear of this one.

Uber is great and the cherry-like smell is pleasant to me, but others have commented its strong to them. Ranks equivalent (high) to D114 as far as performance though.

Trifecta has a Juicy Fruit scent that seems to have a bit of a banana smell in it also to me. Wasn't a big fan of this one.

Best smelling Rinseless wash IMHO? Infinite Use Detail Juice. I don't know what you call the scent, but it is absolutely delicious. Hands down IUDJ smells the best!

I think IUDJ is fruit punch or some kind of tropical fruit...yeah, I think that's my favorite scent of product too...I almost want to take a swig when I fill my bottle.

Are you guys sticking your face in the products? I can't smell anything I use, just by using it. Except for Stoners glass cleaner.

I'll suggest you give Meguiar's D114 a try.

Aroma Description:
"benzaldehyde-like"
http://www.dealergoodies.com/MSDS/Meguiars/D114.pdf

Note:
"Aroma Strength", IMO, is dependent
upon it being full-strength in its original
gallon container...
versus it's various dilution ratios while being
stored in a variety of RTU dispensing-vessels.

Ergo:
Very slight hint of burnt almond,
or Maraschino cherry (they both
have that "benzaldehyde aroma").

But...come to think of it:
so does HCN!

You did see that D114 has been discontinued?

Since you recommend it so highly I'm going to try an order at least 1 gallon before it's gone, but I don't really know why since it's discontinued. LOL!

And I'm back to square one...without a viable option at this point. Dang.

Sorry,BM. But being quite serious, if the scents irritate you that much (as happens to many, many people), have you thought of using a vapor inhibiting mask while using the products?

I know that's a PITA, but just a thought.

I have...and will probably just give up on Rinseless at this point. I wish I knew why it is only these products that get to me. Spray waxes (even Meg's fruity scents), APCs, and even glass cleaners don't bother me.

Maybe it's just something that Optimum uses....

That sucks. :( I hope you can find a solution to this. Hate that you will be shut off from the whole RW thing.

The Duragloss rinseless wash has kind of a mild bubblegum smell, I'd give that a try before giving up on rinseless washes.
