I use GD wash method all the time and use the MF tech 600 towels. These towels are excellent for this purpose. I have both green and the grey with red border. No real difference, just color. I use ONR mostly and prefer the grey just because ONR tends to stain towels blue, which doesn't show with he grey towels. I have 12 of them and usually use 6-7 per wash.
I don't really understand the prior comment about not liking to wash towels. Not trying to be critical here, but I just throw them in the wash machine when I'm done. I use CG microfiber wash, but there are many other choices (and threads on the subject for that matter).
