Rinseless Wash BETA Testers Needed

Funny you should mention that Roger. Today after swim classes for the girls my wife and I looked at a Red Hot Chevy SS then went and looked at a Jazz Blue Scat Pack Charger. I'm leaning toward the SS but she says the bigger back seat in the Charger is the way to go since our tall 8 year old twins are only going to get taller. She also told me Scat Pack, SRT 392 or Hellcat, no 5.7L Charger!

I love my Holden but the Hellcat will crush the SS. Just check reliability info, not sure which is better. Hears some horror stories about Chrysler dealers and customer service.

Does she have a sister. LOL. Lucky guy you are.

Well well well.....

If you listen to your loins the Hellcat Charger appeals to you but let's be honest here, quality counts and whether it's the 1960's or now, GM is a more quality piece and therefore much more reliable. The "option package" is more rare than the Hellcats are and that's saying something!

Back to performance, I know there's a 300 HP difference but magnetic ride and 3 pedals are available in the "option package" and that means something. Then there's price, that also means something when you get down to it.

Wild colors...well, there's a wild green on the "option package" FWIW 👍 Either way I'm sure your going to be much happier in either car..wait, how about a CPO CTS-V last gen? 556 HP is noticeable over 415 hp👈

I had a Holden Commodore SS (rebadged as a Pontiac G8 GT) for 6 years and LOVED it.

Our Dodge dealer of choice has an excellent service department, the local one, not so much.

The Scatpack has a way better interior and better power/trans. Of course the Hellcat is a whole different Story.

Maybe I am just biased

Well we passed on the SS. I discovered it does not have a heated steering wheel and that to me was a deal breaker. That and the back seat of the Charger fits my ever growing twin daughters, plus the rear seats in the Charger are heated. Now I'm torn between Contusion Blue, Black or Octane Red metallic...decisions, decisions, decisions. I'm going tomorrow night to test drive a couple of our choices. I'll meet the wife and twins there to have them ride along.

That blue is awesome but Chrysler's blacks have sooooooo much metallic in them that the paint looks like it's moving, like you said, decisions, decisions and more decisions.

Can you get red leather interior on the black?

C'mon man, you're old enough to remember carburetors, and simply worrying if the car was going to start on a cold winter morning...heated steering wheel...sheesh.

Heated steering wheel? My BMW has one, but I never even think about using it. Engine size, transmission, those are deal breakers. Wow.

Wow. That's cold...... :D

(at least I wasn't on the receiving end of it)
