So I am headed to a car show in a couple weeks, and its about a 250mi drive.

I am trying to prep now to line out the products I need to take and if I don't have them, buy them in time for the trip.

I am looking for a good waterless wash, that way if it rains, bugs hit me, etc. I can get a quick clean without a car wash if need be.

What would you guys take with ya?

I have seen people use tape to cover there would front end or anything can take a chip or bug.

I'm a little biased against waterless washes, just from personal experience. I much prefer taking a bottle of ONR, a 2 gallon bucket, and plenty of MFs. If I need to wash, I just go to the grocery store and buy 2 gallons of distilled water, and use that to make up my ONR. I also never leave home without a 32oz spray bottle of it mixed QD strength for things like waterspots, dust, etc. The stuff is liquid gold if you ask me.

I have to agree with everything Alek said. I usually sneak a bottle of ONR into the vehicle before heading out on a trip. It IS liquid gold :xyxthumbs:
 
Tape up the front with blue masking tape.. We always do when taking a 4 hour drive

What would also work is take 2 5 gal buckets, wash shampoo, wash mitt, drying towel. find a close by self wash and utilize the water and gun.
 
Think I may do that! There's gonna be about 2-300 cars there the whole weekend hope I can find a spot at the wash lol.

I was gonna use V07 for the pre show shine, any recommended QD?
