Wats up guys. Got a 2013 Silverado 2500. Red in color. I love a shiny truck. Nothing better then a shiny truck turning heads lol. Never really knew alot about detailing but I'm a member on a few truck forums and they all recommended Adams. So I have a few of there products as well as a porter cable. Not bashing them but only complaint is the price. Also the process is long. So if you guys could give me info on whats the best stuff here as for simplicity.

For simplicity I like megs. I knew a bit about them before being a detailer and I still love them.
I think the question is though do u mean simple like a one step polish and seal or just easy to use? For a one step especially on a bright color like red my two favorites are either black fire total polish and seal or duragloss 501. I've used them a few times and bright colors turn out really nice.
As far as 2 steps I don't think u can go wrong with megs microfiber day system. SUPER easy to use 2 steps and finishes very nice, although I like to use the cutting disc and compound but finish with foam. (Foam just finishes better)
Or if u don't need much cut I think everyone will agree megs 205 or ultimate polish is good (I like it best with the microfiber cutting disc) or menzera 2500 (that stuff is amazing) top that with either a good sealer like Woolf gang deep gloss paint sealant gives it a really deep finish. And the icing on the cake a good carnuba on top of that to make the red really pop.
I like pinnacle but its expensive. Most of the name brand carnubas here are pretty good though.
Hope this helps I'm sure there are others that'll chime in with more experience but from all that I've used that's my favorites
