Rupes 21 Polishes and Pads

Hello, I am buying a Rupes 21ES and wanted to know what pads and polishes I should buy? Should I buy the kit that has the Rupes polishes and pads? I was thinking of getting the Megs microfiber cutting pads and then buying all the other Rupes pads. Do both the 6.25" Meg pads fit the 6" plate and the 5.5" Meg pads fit the 5 inch plate? Also, I was planning on buying the 5" backing plate. How are the Rupes polishes and compounds, should I buy them or use some other ones like Menzerna.

Hope you enjoy your rupes 21. I have only used the rupes foam pads and am still learning my way with them. I have not use rupes polishes, instead of have used meguires 105 and 205, along with collinite liquid insulator wax.I have other products and will be trying these out soon, although I have been happy with the above.
