Rupes Mille and LHR19E Rotary

I’m not denying the system works well, no wait make that great. But I also have my favourite pads and compounds from other brands that also give amazing results on Rupes machines. I’ve recently started using Rupes Zephir again on all my Rupes polishers including the Mille (Yeah yeah Todd I know) and forgot what an awesome one step compound it makes, fantastic abrasive technology.

I like Zephir and Keramik on Lake Country Hydrotech pads on the PC! Yeah, totally in agreement with ya!

Tom - where did you read that Just curious as that would be disappointed if you were "required" to use their pads. I have a fair investment in 100+ pads and would like to use them with this polisher if I opt to purchase it someday.

The more balanced the machine, the more picky they are with pads to keep the balance..
I can see the Mille being more picky than the PO5000C

Rupes developed a specific compound band pad for each machine..but nothing is required... just recommended
