Has anyone compared the Rupes UHS against th Essence and/or the HD Speed? And if so. What are your thought. Do you need to use the carpro polishing pad to get the most out of the essence? I have used the UHS and have been generally happy with it. Wondering how much better the essence or hd speed are if at all. Thanks. Phil

There is a video test I did with essence watch it and you will learn alot, and see how awesome it cuts.

Essence cuts better then speed.
And I used it on a really really bad car.

I have no experience with uhs but alot of people had good results, so I couldn't tell you

The video I made should help you tho

They are a bit different. UHS leaves no protection behind where as the other two do.

UHS has no fillers either. Also HD Speed is an AIO that can be a final step. Essence has the ability to be topped with a coating.

So, my impression is that they're all different.

Speed and Essence are AIO's.
UHS is a medium polish.

thanks for the replies, it seems that the posts here and on other threads all mention that the HD Speed or Essence, topped with a wax, etc. really make them pop. If that is the case, aren't they more like UHS, in need of a top coat to really finish? I like the UHS, it works pretty well in the limited applications that I have tried it. I am about to pull the trigger and get some HD Speed with Poxy or Essence with Reload to check them out. At more than double the price, Essence better be that much better than the HD Speed! thanks Phil

they are all great,

HD Speed is super easy and quick

Essence took me a while to get the hang of, but gives great results once you find the right process

UHS works well, but i'm not a fan of the pads

Are you sure about that YouTube Link? Comes up as "Chris Fix" and how to fix a scratch...

Lmao, I don't know why I'll post the correct link, ya I got a kick out of that Chris fix video. He states that clear coat is as thin as a zip lock bag, then puts a scratch that you can catch with your fingernail, and sands off about 80-90% of the clear coat lol
