This warranty excludes all wear items (backing plates and carbon brushes) unless the wear is unusual or excessive based on the amount of tool use.
For tools that have been damaged as a result of mishandling or are beyond the 12-month warranty,
RUPES offers a flat rate repair program that covers most common repairs and will include your shipping!
Most common repairs include:
Carbon brushes
Cords
Front and rear handle housings
Control modules

Send your tool in and you'll receive confirmation from RUPES and begin a line of communication regarding your tool!
