Rusted bracket

I cleaned the undercarriage a little and I noticed the bracket that connects the converter to the rest of the exhaust behind it seems unusually rusted. It's a 14 accord 16k miles. Does that seem normal. I should've taken a picture

It's no doubt from winter roads and the salt they lay down. Best thing is to run through a brushless wash in the winter, if for only the undercarriage rinse. The chemicals they put down eat asphalt, they'll quickly destroy an undercarriage
