Sad News - TRHLand

This is sad , never knew him but he was a Geek.
We may not know each other in real life but here it's like a family , just look at the time we spend here and share our thoughts and idea's.
Prayers to his family.

Never knew him, but sounds like he was a good man! Prayers to the family, may god bless him and his family

He was a great guy, alway's willing to help others. Must say he was in love with Souveran Paste Wax. RIP

Tom was a great guy and he was a pleasure to know. Very friendly and kind hearted since I met him back in 08 or 09. RIP Tom my prayers go out to his family.

Thanks guys, I'll pass the well wishes along. I remember Tommy telling us once right after his twins were born that someone on the forum offered to give blood for the transfusion that was necessary. I don't know if whoever that was is still around here, but if you are you should know that Tommy would still talk about how grateful he was for that

The one happy thing I can add, is that 3 years later the twins are in good health

Tom was sweet enough to share his journey when the twins were born, we all loved the updates and the photos.

I read every word he said about his twins, it's was touching but broke my heart knowing how hard it was for them.
He seemed like a very strong man.

RIP

My buddy Tommy (autogeek username trhland) introduced me to this forum a few years back and I was always able to find answers to any of my detailing questions on here but I never signed up until now.

That's Tommy, always helping out fellow car buddies...

The reason I finally did is because I wanted to let everyone know that Tommy unfortunately passed away this past Monday at 39 years old, leaving behind his 3 kids.

Tommy always said how he felt like he had real friends on the forum not just a group of people who could answer each others questions about trucks & cars.

I think one of the things that really stand out with the AGO forum is the family feel it has and Tommy's comments validate drive this point home.

Sure we're about education about paint, products and procedures and of course that supports the AG store but myself and a lot of our members invest a lot of time into this cyber community, actually invest ourselves into the people on this forum whether they're hit and run members or regulars. The caliber of people this forum attracts as regulars is simply uncanny.

Because of that, I wanted to let everyone know about his passing and also share a link to a campaign created by a friend of his trying to raise money for Tommy's kids.

Thank you for joining and starting this thread to share this sad news...

Tommy Hoehl Kids by Roger Sahoury

I know times are tough for most of us, but any little bit would help, Tommy's kids meant everything to him, he was a good, hard working, funny guy who will be missed by his friends, family, and customers.

Thank you for sharing that link...

I really appreciated Tommy on this forum. He was a stand-up guy and always conducted himself in a professional and positive manner not to mention always helping other forum members with sound advice as his posting history reflects.

His family will be in my prayers tonight...

:(

Occasionally a member's name or handle will pop in my mind and in this case; trhland. I had some great online conversations with Tom and I truly loved the avatar of his little girl sitting on the pumpkin, such a great fall shot.

I hadn't seen him in a while so I did a member search and was shocked to find Tom had passed away! Tom was very young and had a wife and very young children so this was so sad to see!

Tom, I was away for a while and I'd like to extend my sincerest condolences to your wife and children. You were a great guy and I always enjoyed reading your contributions to the forum and the private messages we exchanged...

You are sorely missed...

Rest In Peace my friend,
