Safe wheel cleaners?

What wheel cleaners are safe? I need a strong wheel cleaner that doesn't have toxic chemicals in it. I would like to try Megs Wheel Brightener but it doesn't look safe. The cleaner should be an all around cleaner too so I don't have a million different bottles. Opinions?

DP wheel Kit is awesome. Safe and cleans good. The wheel glaze (wax) really keeps your wheels cleaner for longer. DP Wheel Special combines some of our best wheel maintenance products.

Adding a soft wheel brush helps too like a boars hair brush

For every day use and then some, I like Mothers All Wheel Cleaner. The more I use it the more I'm impressed with it. It isn't strong enough for really neglected vehicles, but once a week or once a month, even once every two month washes the Mothers All Wheel Cleaner should more than suffice.

EDIT:

I forgot to mention that this cleaner does a fabulous job on the tires as well. Really makes the brown goop roll.

Try the P21S or S100: Safe for All Wheels, wheel cleaners.

{PS:They also make for a real good tire cleaner while your at it!}

Megs wheel brightner is acidic, but works very very well and you can dilute to desired strength. I just picked up Griots Garage all wheel cleaner and it is considered a " safe" wheel cleaner. I like Sonax FE too, but the smell is horrible and IMO to expensive.

I like Optimum Power Clean. I use it at 3:1 but could even go 4:1. Use it on the tires while your at it. Dont forget this awesome tool:

I use that myself, too. But for more stubborn stuff you need something stronger - I would get Griot's HD wheel cleaner.

For tires I use Amazing Roll Off or Meguiar's APC+. You can also use APC+ for wheels too as long as their not that bad

Griots, Sonax, or P21S ... all are safe and effective.

I like Meg's all wheel cleaner worrks really well IMO just as good as sonax full effect just agitate with a daytona or boars hair brush.
