Which, I think, is actually the 'lowest' USPS will ship anyway as I think that's the bottom end of their 'regular' shipping scale (under 1lb and within the same zone- whereas the flat rate is regardless of weight and to anywhere within the US as long as it fits in the package). A small flat rate box is actually cheaper; around $5.80- but you'd need some sort of 'protection' around the product, bubble wrap or something (the padded envelope you ought to be able to just shove it in there and slap a label on it!)

I always double check with calculators with UPS and Fedex, but usually, for smaller items- flat rate is the way to go. Especially if it's small but heavy (like tools or something made of solid metal); because flat rate pricing doesn't change with weight.

Agreed. Flat-rate is usually cheapest. However they might give you a hard time like they did with me today...the guy was going to put the box together and pack my products for me but noticed they had petroleum distillates (mothers synwax) b/c of FAA rules...and wouldn't ship them at all. I'm like seriously, they're car products...so I went to UPS which was definitely more. Just be careful :P You may be able to get away with shipping USPS if you package your items beforehand... though I'm certainly not recommending that b/c it's illegal. Unless of course your product's ingredients don't apply. Gl!

Correct me if i'm wrong, the labels say "body shop" and that they don't contain silicone. Wouldn't that make it safe to use?
 
I don't recall 100%. However, some months back (3-4) I called poor boys directly and I asked them if those products were "body shop safe" meaning if it would be ok to use on a car that got repainted the day before and from what I remember they said no.

I looked at their site and it said this

"Three great formulas perfect for Body Shops, Detailers and Perfectionists.

NO WAX…
NO SILICONE...
USE IN SUN or SHADE...
USE BY HAND or MACHINE."

I should call them back to confirm, because if they are then I could just take them to work :)
