Amazing what rebadged Opel's can do for the US market.
then is the chevy malibu a rebadged opel? they are built on the same platform.????? same drive train...pontiac g6 too. so it isn't a rebadged opel.... it is just using the platform they build multiple cars on. no?

The Malibu isn't any rebadge, however, it is on the same Epsilon platform as the Aura. Although, the Aura has been "tightened up" for better handling, etc. Pontiac G6 and Saab 9-3 are also on the Epsilon platform. None of those are rebadged Opels. Saturn is the only U.S. brand that will be a rebadge of Opel.

Sold under opel in norway. Opel Vectra.

Get ready to see more rebaged Holdens hitting the streets too. The Pontiac G8 will be a rebaged Holden Commodore and the GTO now is a rebaged Holden Monaro/Vauxhall Monaro/Chevy Lumina SS (in the Middle East). The new Chevy Camaro will be built on the Zeta platfrom which was developed in part with Holden.

Holden and Vauxhall have some amazing quality (compared to some of the crap from the 90's GM was making) which is why they are being brought in. I hope it does help to GM to turn around.

Isn't that a Vauxhall with some different badging on it???

the Saturn Aura is a sexy car, with avisual appeal of parts like Saturn mirrors, make it easier to keep clean.most washable might look pretty good if it equates to quickest and easiest to wash.

At least GTO has better seats, all these years you'd figure GM would put better seats in their "premier sports car" especially the ZO6...seats in them suck, yeh their comfy lazy boy chairs, go do some track time and you'll slide and bang around like a bench seat unless you have a 5 point harness on lol. C5 had horrible seats, they were like overstuffed cushions.

So has anyone done one of these? Just wondering what the clear is like, I just booked one for later this month.

When I inspected it today to quote it the interior seats looked like it is the material that is an "all or nothing job" meaning no spot cleaning without water spots.
