Scaratches in new Camaro Decal/Stripe

Any ideas how to remove scratches/mars in the decal/strip that is on a new body Camaro. This is applied above the clear coat ?

I didn't know if you can even attempt to remove the scratches since this is vinyl ?

Yes, these are just vinyl stickers that the factory puts on. I was just at the Chevy dealer tonight and I thought those stripes look good but no way would it be fun to polish/wax around those.
I don't think you can really do anything for a scratch in one? What color are you talking about because I saw some stripes that were flat black and there is nothing you can put on those.
