So I messed up and hit a column in an underground parking lot. Luckily it was very slow and happened when I was leaving my spot. Also, I'm lucky that 95% of the scratches are on the plastic and very few are on the paint. It's very deep though.

What's the best way to attack something like this? I know that I can't get rid of these scratches, I'd just like to hide it. Will a careful application of heat followed by trim dressing do it? If anyone has any experience with this stuff, please chime in!

The car is a 2016 Hyundai Tucson by the way and that's the passenger rear door.

Probably a couple of coats of Solutions Finish will conceal it. Solution Finish Black Plastic & Vinyl Restorer, black plastic restorer, trim restorer
Apply one coat, let it dry for 24 hours, (make sure that it cures... do not get it wet or morning dew...)
Then apply a second coat and follow the same... let it cure.

Of course, You'll have to apply it to all the black trim...

I've detailed some Jeeps and SUV's with similar issue... Solution Finish concealed it...
