Sealant after carnauba wash&wax soap

I've come to the understanding that Carnauba can be applied on top of sealants, but not the other way around. Soooooo can I apply sealant after washing with car soap that has carnauba wax in it? I bought a bottle of Klasse sealant, a Canadian online dealer advises NOT to apply sealant until the carnauba is removed.

any feedback is appreciated!
 
IMO I do not see an issue. This is car soap with some carnauba. Now I am pretty sure it's an insignificant amount. I use Rinseless wash with Carnauba (Pinnacle) and it is not enough to cause any issues.

As far as I would be concerned after drying the car; have at it with the sealant.

Now if you have wax (paste or liquid) on your car then yes you will need to remove the wax before applying sealant. But based on what you are saying ....car soap with carnauba wax in it is insignificant.

They beauty off these types of products is they are almost idiot proof, and you can get great results with just about any combo.

However, I prolly wouldn't use a "wash n wax" if I was going to apply a sealant. Not that I think it would matter one bit, but when you have like a zillion soaps at your disposal - you try to rationalize why you bought them all.

Anyway, here in the USA - soap is pretty cheap. So just buy a non WW soap. Better yet, order one from AGO. I'm sure they sell non WW soaps in Kanada?
 
I actually have 4 different wash&wax soaps in my garage, I finished my only no wax soaps a while ago and I actually swore by it and only suggest it to my friends... I don't know what happened to that hahahahah

Even though it's insignificant enough to cause any problem I guess I'll still dish soap after winter and get back to my roots and use non wax soaps. Any suggestions? I'd love to give them a try.

Carnauba will last about 30 days give or take a week or so.
Wash dish soap if thats what you have.

Soaps that leave nothing behind:

- CarPro Reset for 2b wash.

- Meguiars D114 for Rinseless/Waterless wash.
