I hope my site's as nice as that when it grows up. Just went back and checked the changes. Awesome!

Thanks for the comments. I did the site myself and like I said before it took tons of trial and error (including you guys helpful opinions) to get where it is now.

I love the moving pictures , great way to show different work environments. I would add a submit your question section for customers to ask questions or maybe have a seminar on a nice to to have customers see results

I thought the pictures were a good way to get them to notice our work right away without having to go to the gallery section first. As far as surveys go the only thing I do now is ask how they found me, what made them choose us and how did they like the website navigation. Those three questions help out a ton when your gauging your clientele demographic and behaviors when looking for a professional detailer.
