Whats up everyone…

Let me first start off with this caveat…I realize…that I am an L7 square for not posting pictures with this review. I was going to wait until I had a chance to get some nice outdoor sun shots. When I was done applying this stuff last night it was dark, and today its overcast. That said…don’t roast me….LOL! I PROMISE I’ll post pics when I can.

There have been a few formal reviews on this product from the “Write A Review” giveaway. I HAD to add my two cents with this product.
I was once a true NON-Believer in spray waxes….that is until I used the XMT 360 Spray Wax. I have to say this…if you’re on the fence about this product…especially right now since its on BOGO…..GET IT…you really need to take advantage of the BOGO and try it out for yourself. If you don’t like it, I’ll buy your bottle from you (I won’t really…but I stand by this product). I am AB-SO-LUTELY floored by this product. It is amazing!!! Really!!! I’m not here trying to sell you anything, as I am not employed by AG.

I washed my car yesterday, as it was completely filthy. My car has been prepped for the winter already…polished and sealed, so the surface was free from contaminants and already had a smooth, glass-like surface. I started with a test spot on my hood. I was instantly amazed at this stuff. I then went from the top of the vehicle to the bottom. Each time I worked small sections and a few quality MF towels. I would go with a medium plush MF towel like the Blue MF towel with the rolled edges. I found that using the Ultra Deluxe 600 MF towels allowed for the fiber to shed onto the car.

The results were PHENOMINAL!!! I have a 2010 Black Acura TSX and the XMT 360 Spray Wax added an even slicker surface and has created and even deeper, blacker, very glossy surface.
$15.99…on BOGO!!! And now is the perfect time to get this to maintain your car during the winter. You can’t beat that!!! This product has made me believer of spray waxes. I will use this each and every time I wash my car this winter.

There’s a thread on products that WOW you…and yeah…I need to add this to my list.

Alex,

While photos are always nice they aren't necessary all the time.

Your review was easy to read and very clear. I think your review conveyed the ease of product use and it's performance...

Nice review Alex and mine is on order!! :props:

Every time I read a review on this stuff I tell myself I am going to go out in the garage and try it. I then realize that it is friken cold outside!

Seems like everyone loves this stuff though, so I might have to do it!

Thanks BobbyG...this is definitely one of those "uhh huh.....*nodding head* I told you so* products. Every time someone posted a review about it, I grew more anxious to try it. Today I almost walked into a parked car while looking back in amazement at my car. If you haven't already tried this stuff, you'll love it. I only went through about a 3rd of the bottle but I called Nick not too long ago and took advantage of the BOGO.

I am not sure how it will apply in colder weather. Yesterday was fairly nice up here. I pulled the car into the garage and applied the wax. I noticed the surface areas of the rear of the car were significantly colder, as I had the garage door opened and the sun was going down. It still applied fairly well.

Nice review Alex, I was thinking to order this before. But after reading your review, I will have to try it out. :xyxthumbs:

You'll love how it looks on your ride...I will do an ONR wash on my fiance's car this weekend and apply it on her car.

Speaking of ONR, I currently mix 1oz of OCW into my ONR solution to wash and wax in one step. I wonder if it would work with XMT spray wax.... Might have to consult Dr. G.

I am not sure...to me it would seem like you're diluting the OCW by doing that. I've never used OCW, so I'll wait to see what Dr. G has to say.

I thought that too, but it really does work. I was pretty amazed. I am going to email him about other spray waxes in ONR when I get home.

Interesting! I'd have to try it. For right now, it will be the XMT 360...I LOVE that stuff!

While I appreciate the review and I have tried these MFT's, I have found that 100% cloth diapers (24" x 24") doubled up are the best for washing/drying....not only in terms of price/longevity but the paint feels like it's been polished each time. FYI- the diapers must be flat fold (meaning no seams) and washed 3 times (typically) to ensure softness and absorbsion.

I have also found that flannel (100% cotton) outperforms the microfiber wax removal towels consistently- cheaper, better, last longer, gives a much better shine/result

unorthodox approach to detailing...very interesting.

I took a few pics from my iPhone when I got home:

You can see my neighbors car next to mine. She also has a TSX but its a stick. I should have taken a pic of hers to compare. You could see a huge difference.

This one I took while at the gas station:

Went to grab dinner...stopped at the gas station and the car looks WET! The car looks awesome under gas station lights at night!!!

The next few days will be a form of durability test...its supposed to rain until Wednesday.

Great write up and pics! Seems like you liked it as much as I did!

You have a nice shine there Alex.

Thanks James...I can't get over it...I'm stuck like Chuck right now!

Thanks Dave. Like I said, after I saw your review I was amazed at how it looked on your ride. I made sure to use that stuff this weekend.

Nice review - I also got this on BOGO, based on the various reviews that have come out, and yours just reinforces my conviction that I made the right decision :xyxthumbs:

Just one point I'd like to clarify though:

I only went through about a 3rd of the bottle but I called Nick not too long ago and took advantage of the BOGO.

You used a third of the bottle (around 4 oz) for one application?!? Isn't that a bit... well, too much? I usually do just one to two sprays a panel, and use about a third to half an ounce per car.

Thanks for the review. Makes me glad i took advantage of the BOGO this week. Mine should be here Wed., if the wheather would cooperate maybe i will get to use it..
Thanks again
Doug:xyxthumbs:
